Tariffs
Terms and Conditions
Bookings may be made by email, telephone, fax or letter. Bookings are held
for 5 days to allow time for the booking form and deposit to arrive. Please
make cheques payable to Mr M Williams.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per cottage per week is due with
the booking form to confirm reservation.
The balance is required 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. Last minute
and short stay visits will be payable in full on booking.
Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday . If we are able to re-let the apartment for the same period your money will be repaid less the £50.00 deposit and an additional £20.00 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the apartment, you will be liable for the full rent.
Bookings by persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. They must not be left unattended at the accommodation, and must be kept on a lead when outside on the farm. You are responsible for clearing and hygienic disposal of dog fouling during your stay. You are responsible for bringing adequate bedding for your pet. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture, and you must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
The accommodation will be ready for occupation from 3.00 p.m on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00 on day of departure.
